This is one of those songs for me. I heard it a few days ago for the first time and honestly I don't think i've listened to much else since.

Two legendary rap artists that were on top of their game in the early 2000's are back and are not far off from being back on top of their game. Not to mention the Eminem track is hot as shit.

Dudes. What is up with Canadian Music? I listen to a shit ton of commercial radio (canadian commercial radio) and I've noticed that CANCON is killing Canadian music. 36% of music on Canadian commercial radio has to be made, recorded, written, preformed, produced or whatever else by Canadians or in Canada. 

But honestly what does it matter when that 36% is the same Nickelback or Rush song played over and over and over throughout the course of the day. 

There are SO many amazing Canadian bands that never make it to Canadian commercial radio despite fitting every aspect that is required for them to make it to air. 

The worst part is that these songs are EVEN better than the so-called "Canadian Hits" that we have become so use to hearing on Canadian commercial radio. 

Let's start now by giving these bands more air-time on Canadian commercial radio. They rock and more Canadians need to know about these bands. 

The Mexican Summer has some amazing talent. Kurt Vile, Real Estate, Washed Out, Bipolar Bear, The Amazing and Dunes just to name a small portion of the artists involved.

Pearl Harbor is also part of Mexican Summer and I can honestly say that I love this band. Check them out for yourself and maybe check some other Mexican Summer artists out too.
